Abstract
In cases of endometrial tuberculosis (T.B.) it appears logical to influence the specific inflammatory and chronic process by the additional intrauterine application of drugs. This method of treatment has been given up for the following reasons:
-
1.
Adverse side-effects appeared.
-
2.
The effectiveness of this method was doubtful.
-
3.
Systemic drug-therapy and adequate rehabilitation procedures could finally lead to complete cure of T.B.
