Abstract

“Since the beginnings of quantitative physical chemistry, the study of electrolyte solutions has occupied a central position and constituted the early basis of electrochemistry.”1 Most investigations have been conducted with water as the solvent and the primary influence of solvation in determining the properties of aqueous solutions of electrolytes has already been stressed.2
