Abstract

Recent data on the high-y anomaly in inelastic \( {{\bar{\nu }}_{\mu }} \) -nucleon scattering and on the ratio of cross sections \( \sigma _{c}^{{\bar{\nu }}}/\sigma _{c}^{\nu } \) are presented and interpreted in terms of new hadron production.
