Abstract
I shall be speaking on a subject which was suggested to me by the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Human Ecology Council. It is called: “Looking into the Asian Scene in a Commonwealth and International Setting”. When one of the members of CHEC saw the cable confirming my willingness to accept the challenge, he remarked: “His subject matter covers all things to all men especially all CHEC men”. He was right.
