Production Technology and Chemical Compositions for Photosensitive Glasses and Photosensitive Glass-Ceramics

  • Chapter

Abstract

The photosensitive-glass compositions described in this chapter were classified basically according to the type of photosensitive additions introduced into them, as well as according to certain other distinguishing peculiarities characteristic for each group of glasses. It is necessary to state, however, that such a classification is rather conditional, since, in a number of tables, glass compositions containing Cu, Au, or Ag are given at the same time.
