Abstract
Having identified situations (the variables) to which one responds with a decrease in hand temperature, one may then learn to inhibit this automatic (unconscious) response. The objective of the following home practice is to develop this ability to keep the hands warm both in anticipation of and during a situation that previously was associated with a decrease in hand temperature.
