Abstract
Schistosoma ova deposited in the nervous system initiate a granulomatous reaction forming a space occupying lesion leading to pressure atrophy and degeneration of the nerve cells (1). Ghazi (2) demonstrated an incidence varying from 26.7% to 71.09%.
