Role of Active Transport of Inducer in Enzyme Biosynthesis and Process Scale-Up

  • Conference paper
Enzyme Engineering

Abstract

This paper describes a study of the role of active transport of a key species in microbial enzyme biosynthesis. The aim is to provide a quantitative understanding by integrating accepted mechanistic descriptions into complete, testable engineering models that represent phenomenologically accurate simulations for enzyme biosynthesis.
