Abstract
Teenagers are a highly visible segment of our population. They are a reflection of our own behavior and morals—the carriers of our societal structure. For these reasons we are increasingly concerned about the problem of teenage alcohol abuse. Despite this, we are as yet unclear about the meaning of abuse; nor have we arrived at a satisfactory definition that holds implications for treatment.
