Abstract

Covered in this chapter are foodborne viruses, scombroid poisoning, and paralytic shellfish poisoning. Also, some background information is provided on Aeromnas hydrophila, Plesiomonas shigelloides, and Bacteroides fragilis as possible/potential agents of foodborne illness.
