Abstract
The ultimate dream of the neurochemist who is dealing today with the metabolism of RNA in brain is to describe the mechanism of the regulation of the genetic code transcription and translation which leads the nerve cells to perform their specific function. Once this very fine mechanism is known, he could start the next step of finding how to modify it.
