Abstract
Vulvitis may be caused by a variety of factors including:

(1)
inflammation limited to the vulva
-
(2)
inflammation secondary to a focus elsewhere in the genital tract
-
(3)
a local manifestation of a dermatologic or systemic infectious disease.
