Abstract
The dielectric measurements on BSN were made on wafers of thickness 0.1 to 0.5 cm and of area from 0.1 to 0.5 cm2, which were cut perpendicular to the ferroelectric axis. The crystals were grown from stoichiometric melts (Ba2NaNb5O15) and nonstoichiometric ones (Ba2.085Na0.711Nb5O15) [1].
