Abstract

Business strategy is concerned with identifying and implementing approaches for achieving organizational objectives in the context of the “fit” between the entity’s internal resources and capabilities and its external environment (Schroder & Mavondo). Governments are an important part of the external environment, yet there has been little research on government/business relationships as a part of business strategy.
