Abstract
The success of feeding operations on fish and shrimp farms is reflected in overall productivity and cost effectiveness. Survival, growth rates, and feed conversion ratios are the main parameters which are routinely determined by fish farmers. They are used to evaluate performance and to plan future feed operations. In addition to these parameters, measures of product quality should also be taken, particularly where these are directly related to issues of feed policy.
