Abstract

This paper presents a topic about which I feel strongly—the business benefits of environmental leadership. Some of you might be confused by my title, Senior Vice-President for Employee and Customer Value, because if has no mention of environment. But I strongly believe that Nortel’s environmental activity is a key contributor to employee and customer value, my portfolio at Nortel.
