Abstract
It is a pleasure to be with you this morning to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Montreal Protocol. The accomplishments were quite extraordinary, developing a very strong case that facilitated the Montreal Protocol negotiations. Of course, not only were the scientific aspects successful, but so were the negotiations and the diplomacy.
