Abstract
The Java JDK1.1 and JDK1.2 versions (in short, GMJ1 and GMJ2) of global optimization software are class frameworks (Grybauskas, 1998). Both GMJ versions implement:

global optimization algorithms (METHODS),
-
functions to be optimized (TASKS),
-
objects to be represented visually(ANALYSIS).
