Abstract
The whole presentation in the previous chapters of this book has adopted a rather theoretical view of the forms of systems that constitute the basis of intelligent MCDSSs development, including DSSs, ESs and KBDSSs. This was necessary in order to introduce gradually the underlying concepts implemented in the intelligent MCDSSs framework and to illustrate their main functionalities and major benefits. However, one could easily pose the question on if and how this new framework has been adopted in the financial engineering practice of financial institutions, organizations and firms.
