Abstract
Psychiatric disorders and mental illness appear when pathogenic factors (endogenous or exogenous, biological or psychological) act upon a fragile or vulnerable individual, especially when living in adverse conditions. That is why describing and evaluating psychiatric disorders and their treatments should also include parameters that describe the patient and his or her environment in addition to the pathology in itself.
