Abstract
I am very pleased to be in such distinguished company on this afternoon’s panel to talk to you about the challenges of the international marketplace, and specifically about the challenges that lie ahead after the first 10 months of the operation of the Canada—U.S. Free Trade Agreement (FTA), an agreement that will indeed make the 1990s a different decade in Canada—U.S. trade relations.
