The Initiation of the Tissue Factor Dependent Pathway of Blood Coagulation

A schematic representation of a present concept of the blood coagulation reactions is shown in Figure 1. In my lecture I will discuss two questions related to the reactions shown in the upper left hand portion of this figure, ie., to the tissue factor dependent pathway of blood coagulation.
