Abstract
Besides the technological progress, one of the elements of the universal progress of civilization is the progress in the field of organization. It consists in the development of the organizational structures as well as of the methods of controlling the processes. Both “the technological gap” and “the organizational gap” can be regarded as the systemic restraints which inhibit the development of national economy, the expansion of a company or an office.
