Abstract
One component of the strongly-coupled IR region in QCD consists of exchange of a phenomenological field Gμν(x) formed by a color-neutral pair of gluons. The Gμν acts formally as a Riemannian metric with JP = 0+, 2+ quanta coupled symmetrically to nuclear matter. This is the origin of the IBM paradigm and several features of hadrons.
