T.F. Zuck (Cincinnati, OH, USA): Prof. Gevers, you talked about the use of the word commercialization several times. At least in our country it is a major issue to define what commercialization is. Does it relate to the plasma fractionation industry, does it relate to a non-for-profit blood centre that “makes money” — has excess of revenue over expense. Could you share with us your view of what a commercial enterprise in blood, blood components and fractionated blood products is?
