Abstract
Atmospheric moisture can reach the earth’s surface as precipitation from clouds or as condensation on vegetation or other surfaces. Precipitation includes rain, sleet, snow, and hail, and condensation comprises dew or frost. All forms of moisture that reach the earth’s surface are of interest in general treatments of hydrology, but this book is intended primarily for warm-water, pond aquaculture that is conducted in relatively warm climates.
