Abstract

The present investigation was undertaken to define a method of obtaining proteins from normal bladder urothelium and to define a consistent protein profile. Such a method and consistent profile would provide a basis for future studies of pathologic conditions of bladder mucosa, such as bladder cancer and interstitial cystitis.
