Abstract

In clause 4.18 the standard requires that personnel are adequately qualified to fulfil the jobs they do, that there are documented procedures to ensure that training needs are identified and met, and that records are kept to demonstrate that all employees have the necessary qualifications, training and experience to carry out the jobs they do. In looking at this area, assessors will require evidence that the staff they meet are appropriately trained.
