Abstract
After working as hard as possible, you hit pay dirt when the prospect agrees to contract with you. The question you ask yourself at this point is: Just how do I go about the necessary paperwork? Verbal agreements are fine in some cases but not in construction sales; it’s good business sense to have everything on paper and signed by all parties.
