Are all processing and production data, including but not limited to (i) product; (ii) the code number; (iii) the date; (iv) the retort or processing system number; (v) the size of the container; (vi) the approximate number of containers per coding interval; (vii) the initial temperature and the actual processing time; (viii) the mercury-ink and thermometer readings; (ix) the recorded thermometer readings; and (x) other critical factors specified in the scheduled process?
