The Monoclonal Antibody FDC-M1 Recognizes Possible Follicular Dendritic Cell Precursors in the Blood and Bone Marrow
Antigen transport cells (ATC) 1 transport immune complexes to the follicles of draining lymph nodes for longterm retention by the follicular dendritic cell (FDC) antigen-retaining reticulum (ARR). The purpose of this study was to determine the antigenic phenotype of ATC to further explore the relationship of ATC to FDC. For more detail on antigen transport refer to the accompanying paper by Szakal et al., in this volume.
