Abstract
As stated in the preceding chapter, the diagnostic value of psammoma bodies in thyroid cancer has been confirmed by the histologic and roentgenographic studies on the resected specimens. Then the next important problem to be solved is how to demonstrate psammoma bodies on the roentgenogram of the neck preoperatively.
