Abstract
Housing policy is, of course, an enormous subject in its own right. Rather than attempting to cover the whole field, we discuss only those elements that naturally arise from the types of model constructed over the last eight chapters. This chapter deals with the ever-expanding literature on the relationship between housing and the national economy, whereas Chapter 10 considers the regional and urban dimensions.
