Although the skin is completely available for clinical evaluation, dermatopharmacol-ogy assessments are limited when one looks for studies demonstrating the presence and level of drugs or metabolites at the targeted disease site. Blood levels of drugs have not been meaningful when discussing therapy for skin diseases
