Part of the book series: Research Issues in Real Estate ((RIRE,volume 7))

Abstract

Legislation governing the education of property specialists in Germany is divided into two fields: the technical professions and the business-related sector. In contrast, the trade and administration sector, which includes the property field, has neither regulations nor minimum qualification standards for entry.
