Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago country that has 13,677 islands. The major business activities are based on the island of Java. Jakarta and Surabaya, the largest and second-largest cities in Indonesia, are located in the west and east of Java respectively. The business activities in both cities are a good representation of those in the country as a whole.
