Abstract
The title of is chapter could also be ‘Miscellaneous aspects of implementing the simplex method’. Here we just summarize some of the main points of the previous chapters and also indicate further issues of the simplex method, its algorithmic techniques and implementation that have not been discussed in the book due to some volume and time limitations. We believe the most important questions have been properly addressed and a reader, with a reasonable programming background, is now able to create a highly advanced implementation of the simplex method for solving large scale LP problems.
