Abstract
We have studied theoretically the fully / partially differential cross sections of some two electron transition processes for some neutral as well as ionic targets by fast electron / positron impact in the intermediate and high energy regime. Some models have been suggested that incorporate the electron- electron correlation effect in both the initial and final channels. For the ionic targets, proper account has been taken for the long range coulomb interaction between the incident particle and the ionic nucleus. Some triple differential (TDCS) as well as double differential (DDCS) results have been presented for the transfer ionization of He atom by positron impact.
