Abstract
It is known that the interference differs from the white noise in real signals. In using known methods and algorithms for the analysis of technological processes, the errors caused by the interference sufficiently decrease the reliability of the results25, 28. For example in most cases the range of the change of the errors of the estimates of correlation and spectral characteristics is determined during the analysis of the technological parameters by means of the variance of their interference12, 20. In that case, when the initial information is formed from the samples of the measuring information as the fuzzy set, increasing or decreasing spread in the interference affects the change of the function of membership. That leads to the increase or decrease of the reliability of the results of the fuzzy analysis of the considered processes
