Abstract
This chapter is designed to address diagnostic procedures used in sleep medicine, including consideration of both subjective surveys and objective tests that sleep physicians interpret. There is discussion of some interpretation of tests that are performed by referral, including imaging and its indications. This is not a “how-to” manual; for this the reader should look to textbooks and original literature on these tests.
