Abstract

One of the most important tasks in the SG project is to determine traffic condition of the road networks. The significance of this task shows in two aspects. On one hand, it provides the foundation for infrastructure construction planning as well as design optimization of public transportation systems like bus network and metro system. On the other hand, it provides the public with valuable information to plan their travels and to reduce overhead on roads.
