Abstract
Gall bladder cancer when other than just an incidental finding at cholecystectomy usually requires an associated liver resection if cure is to be achieved. This chapter outlines approaches to liver resections associated with gall bladder cancer. By and large the techniques required to remove such areas as segments four and five with the gall bladder cancer, or segments four, five, or and six etc, are described in the appropriate chapters in other parts of the book. The principles as extended to gall bladder cancer are discussed here.
