Abstract
This chapter details the resection of segments in combination or individually from the right liver. Because of its greater bulk and deeper situation, segmentectomy procedures can often be more difficult from this side of the liver. The definition of the right fissure is often a key to resections from this side of the liver and its delineation is described. The methods for excision of segments five and eight, together or individually, are then described. Similarly, removal of segments six and seven together or individually, are also described.
