Abstract

The patient received general anesthesia. The patient was placed in the beach chair position. A sandbag was placed under the medial border of the scapula. The head was supported by soft head rests and the ears were protected. All the other bony prominences of the lower extremities and the left upper extremity were protected by soft cushions.
