Abstract

Pt was taken to the operating room and placed supine on the operating table. She was given 1 g of Ancef IV. After adequate regional/general anesthesia was obtained, the leg was wrapped with an adequate amount of soft-rol and a tourniquet was placed. The leg was then prepped and draped in the standard sterile surgical fashion. The leg was exsanguinated with an Esmarch bandage and the tourniquet was raised to 350 mmHg for a total of __ minutes.
