Abstract

The patient and the surgical site were identified and marked in the preholding area. The patient underwent anesthesia per the anesthesia team.

The patient was placed supine with a sandbag under the affected side. A thigh tourniquet was applied. The lower extremity was prepped and draped in the usual manner.
