Abstract
Pt was taken to the operating room and placed supine on the operating table. She was given 1 g of Ancef IV. After adequate regional/general anesthesia was obtained, the operative table was inclined in mild reverse Trendelenberg. The foot was positioned within inches of the end of the table. The calf was wrapped with an adequate amount of soft-rol and a tourniquet was placed. The leg was then prepped and draped in the standard sterile surgical fashion. The leg was exsanguinated with an Esmarch bandage and the tourniquet was raised to 100 mmHg greater than systolic pressure for a total of __ minutes.
