Abstract
The patient was identified and the surgical site was marked in the preholding area. The patient was transported to the operating room, and positioned supine for induction of anesthetic. General anesthesia was induced by the anesthesiologist. The patient was positioned supine in banana shape on the fracture table using boot traction. All pressure points were well padded. Pre-op IV antibiotics (list name and dose) were administered. The (Right or Left) buttock and lower extremity were prepped and draped in a sterile fashion.
