Abstract

Collective view is the result of collecting and processing the internet reviews. The specific form of the reviews can be unstructured text in BBS, blog and social network, or structured form in reviewing web site. We can use sentiment analysis technology to translate unstructured comments into structured ones. Therefore, we only research on structured comment in this book without losing of generality.
