Abstract
The rapid growth of the Internet has profoundly changed the way people communicate with each other and gather information. Nowadays, more and more people are accustomed to purchase on eBay, download data from Peer-to-Peer network, share videos on YouTube, publish and read reviews on ePinions.com, participate in social activities on Facebook and learn through Wikipedia. The key value of these types of applications is group participation and interaction. O′Reily defined them as Web 2.0 in order to differentiate with the other applications which mainly rely on the content providers, such as news sites and digital libraries. The new era of the Internet has become the extension and development of human society. Billions of people carry out transactions, participate in social activities and share resources on the Internet, constituting a cyberspace which contains rich emotions and insights.
